These Terms and Conditions ("Legal Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and iSCRIM Tournaments ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company (operated by an individual acting as a sole trader under Polish law) registered in Poland, regarding your access to and use of the website https://www.iscrimtournaments.com and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

The Company does not organize, supervise, or control tournaments unless explicitly stated. All tournaments are created, managed, and conducted by Users acting as Hosts.
The Services are intended for Users aged 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Legal Terms.
We offer optional Premium subscriptions that provide access to enhanced features and functionality. Premium features may change over time.
The availability, scope, and pricing of Premium features are displayed within the Services.
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on selection). Payments are processed through third‑party payment providers.
By purchasing a Premium subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time unless required by applicable law.
We may modify, add, or remove Premium features at any time. If a change materially reduces your access, you may cancel your subscription.
Users acting as Hosts are solely responsible for:
Players participate at their own risk and agree to comply with tournament rules established by Hosts.
The Company is not responsible for disputes, outcomes, or enforcement of tournament rules between Users.
You agree not to:
We may take enforcement action at our sole discretion.
Users may submit content including usernames, tournament descriptions, comments, and other materials ("Contributions").
By submitting Contributions, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.
You remain responsible for your Contributions and confirm that you have the rights to submit them.
The Company acts solely as a technical platform provider.
We do not:
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Legal Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or tournament outcomes.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Consumers residing in the EU retain mandatory consumer protections under local law.
We may update these Legal Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
