TOURNAMENT HOSTING AND PARTICIPATING POLICY

This Hosting and Participating Policy (the "Policy") applies to all Users of iSCRIM Tournaments (the "Platform") who host, organize, manage, or participate in tournaments using the Services.

This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terms and Conditions.

1. PLATFORM ROLE

iSCRIM Tournaments operates solely as a technical, self-service platform that enables Users to create, manage, discover, and participate in tournaments.

The Platform does not:

• organize or run tournaments;
• supervise matches or gameplay;
• verify tournament results;
• act as an intermediary, escrow, or payment processor between Users.

All tournaments are created, configured, and managed exclusively by Users acting as Hosts.

2. HOST RESPONSIBILITIES

Users who create or host tournaments ("Hosts") are solely responsible for:

• defining tournament rules, formats, and schedules;
• determining player eligibility;
• communicating accurate and complete tournament information;
• conducting tournaments fairly and in good faith;
• distributing prizes or rewards (if any);
• complying with applicable laws, game publisher rules, and third‑party terms.

Hosts acknowledge that they act independently and not on behalf of iSCRIM Tournaments.

3. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Users who participate in tournaments ("Participants"):

• join tournaments at their own risk;
• are responsible for reviewing and understanding tournament rules before joining;
• accept that tournament outcomes, disputes, or cancellations are controlled by Hosts.

The Platform does not guarantee tournament quality, fairness, or completion.

4. ENTRY FEES, PRIZES, AND PAYMENTS

Hosts may choose to organize tournaments that include:

• entry fees;
• monetary or non‑monetary prizes.

Any such fees or prizes are arranged directly between Users.

iSCRIM Tournaments:

• does not collect, hold, or distribute entry fees or prizes;
• does not charge commissions on user‑to‑user transactions;
• does not verify payments or prize fulfillment.

Participation in tournaments involving money or prizes is entirely voluntary and at the User’s own discretion.

5. PREMIUM ACCOUNTS

Certain Hosts or Participants may use Premium accounts that provide additional platform features.

Premium status:

• does not change Host or Participant responsibilities;
• does not imply endorsement, verification, or trustworthiness;
• does not grant priority dispute resolution or guarantees.

All Users are treated equally under this Policy regardless of account type.

6. MISLEADING INFORMATION AND DISPUTES

The Platform is not responsible for:

• inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete tournament information;
• disputes between Hosts and Participants;
• failure by Hosts to deliver prizes or complete tournaments.

Users are encouraged to report suspicious or abusive behavior using the Platform’s reporting tools.

7. ENFORCEMENT AND ACCOUNT ACTIONS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• investigate reported violations;
• remove tournament listings or content;
• suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, scams, or abuse.

We are not obligated to intervene in user disputes but may take action to protect the Platform and its Users.

8. POLICY UPDATES

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
